Fees and Payment Terms:
Fee Structure:
The Fees applicable to the provision of Services, the cost of any Goods (where applicable), and any supplementary delivery or other charges shall be as stipulated in the Company’s prevailing price list at the date of Order, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.
Fees for Services may be calculated on a fixed-fee basis or in accordance with standard rate schedules.
All fees and charges are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate applicable at the time of Order.
Payment Obligations:
Full payment for all treatments is due immediately upon booking
Appointment Rescheduling:
Rescheduling of appointments is permissible without incurring additional charges, provided that notification is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Accepted Payment Methods:
The Company accepts payments in the form of cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Refund Policy:
All payments are non-refundable.
Customer Obligations and Conduct:
Cooperation:
The Customer shall fully cooperate with the Service Provider in all matters pertaining to the provision of the Service. The Customer is obligated to furnish the Service Provider and its authorized personnel with all information deemed necessary for the effective execution of the Service.
Accuracy of Information:
The Customer shall provide accurate and complete medical, personal, and supplementary information to facilitate the proper delivery of the Service..
Appointment Protocol:
Due to the time-sensitive nature of appointments, Customers are required to arrive ten (10) minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete all requisite administrative procedures.
Treatment Room Occupancy:
Only the individual receiving treatment is permitted within the treatment room during the scheduled appointment. Children, if present, must be supervised in the reception area by a responsible adult.
Child Supervision During Treatment:
Customers requiring treatment who are accompanied by a child must also be accompanied by an additional adult to provide childcare during the treatment. Failure to provide adequate adult supervision for any child will result in the cancellation of the treatment and forfeiture of any prepaid value packs or deposits. Children under the age of sixteen (16) years must not be left unattended on the clinic premises at any time.
Right to Refuse Service:
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual who violates these terms or when deemed necessary.
Zero-Tolerance Policy:
The Service Provider maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding rudeness and abusive behavior directed towards its team members.
Appointments and Cancellation:
Late Arrivals:
Arrival after the scheduled appointment time may result in cancellation with no refund given . We give an automatic allowance of 15 mins before your slot is cancelled
Rescheduling (General Treatments):
Rescheduling with over 48 hours’ notice is permitted
Cancellation/Rescheduling Notification:
Appointment cancellations or reschedule requests must be made via phone or email.
Payment and Transferability:
All treatment payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Promotional Packages:
Pre-paid promotional packages are subject to their specific terms and conditions. Payments for these packages are non-refundable and treatments are non-transferable.
Practitioner Delays:
While the clinic strives to maintain schedules, unavoidable delays may occur. Clients will be notified when possible. Regardless of any delay on the practitioners behalf, the full treatment will still be provided.
